●Dr. Heping Xu

Prof. Prasad Yarlagadda worked in industry and university over 30 years in number of countries.  He is currently Professor in Smart Systems and Project Director: Airports of the Future Research in Queensland University of Technology, Australia.  He had number of distinguished appointments in various universities in India, China and Australia.  He received more than $12M funding for his research for various national and international collaborators and he published more than 425 papers with number of key note speeches delivered across the world. In 2012 he received a Prestigious Great Honour Award for his outstanding and life time contribution to the discipline of manufacturing in world Arena from Materials Division of Polish Academy of Sciences.  In 2016 Professor Yarlagadda was awarded Order of Australia Medal and included in Queens Birthday Honours list in recognition of his outstanding service to Engineering Profession and Indian Community in Queensland, Australia.  He is Editor in Chief of Journal of Engineering Technology, Deputy Editor-in-chief, International journal of Achievements in Materials and manufacturing Engineering, International journal of   Achieves of Materials Science and Engineering,  and also editorial board member of 18 ISI listed  Journals.

●Prof. Zhen He

Prof. Zhen He is professor and deputy dean of College of Management & Economics, Tianjin University. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. from Tianjin University in 1988, 1991 and 2001 respectively. He is an Academician of International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and the recipient of NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) Outstanding Young Scientist. He is the chairman of Lean Six Sigma Expert Steering Committee under China Association for Quality. His main research interests include quality management and control, Six Sigma and Lean Production. He has published over 200 journal papers and 5 books. He is also the area editor of Computers and Industrial Engineering in Statistics, Quality, Reliability and Maintenance and editorial board member of several other journals. He is a frequent speaker at many international conferences.

●Prof. Qin Su

Prof. Qin Su, doctoral supervisor and vice-president of School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University.
Research area: Theory and application of quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing and service system management. More than 190 papers have been published, and preside over 6 programs supported by National Natural Science Foundation, 1 major bidding project supported by the National Social Sciences Fund and many other horizontal cooperation projects.

●Prof. Dongchen Qin

Prof. Dongchen Qin, vide dean of School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhengzhou University, member of the council of Computer Integrated Manufacture System (CIMS), and member of International Society of Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (ISSMO).
Main research area: finite element analysis and optimum structural design (including topology optimization and multidisciplinary optimization, etc.) of the key parts of automobiles, cranes and hydraulic supports, etc.; CAD/CAE/CAM system integration; modeling and simulation of virtual prototype technology; the development of digital independent research and development platform; the secondary development of software like CAD and CAE.

He engaged in the compilation of more than one thousand flow charts of aircraft assembly sequence and the standard labor time estimation of near one thousand advanced assembly orders.
In the research and development of the newest ARJ-700 new regional aircraft, he was responsible for the standard labor time estimation of over ten thousand assembly orders and created the first database for aircraft tooling manufacturing working hours.
